Today, Nike reveals a first preview of the upcoming Air Max 720, an all-new Air Max lifestyle/casual shoe designed specifically for commuters, daily wearers, and those who are on their feet for hours a day. Engineered alongside the Air unit for the Air Max 270, the new 720 bubble features a full-length unit engineered specifically for the athlete who logs in their workouts via long walks across the city or those whose daily routines involve a lot of steps and movement. Additional information regarding the Nike Air Max 720 will be revealed soon, but enjoy this first look preview-which reveals a lot more Air than the 270-and stay tuned.
It’s hard not to be engaged by this Air Max 270′s pink, off-white, and gold layers. The shoe has Nike’s biggest heel air unit ever, a rocker shape (compared to older Air Max’s), and a Flyknit upper; the company boasts the shoes help you feel air “both above and below.”
Nike‘s lifestyle-driven Air Max 270 Flyknit is back in a popular color scheme. One of the most recent models from the Swoosh gets dipped in “Triple Black” for an upcoming launch. Its original engineered mesh upper is swapped for the aforementioned Flyknit weaving with subtle branding hits on each lateral and medial side. Lastly, the heel’s large Air Max unit is presented in translucent black to complete the look.
The Nike Air Max 270 Flyknit “Triple Black” currently has no confirmed drop date, so stay tuned for release developments and take a look at its “Fuchsia Flash” colorway in the meantime.
